Very nice catch Tyler! The reference to the C-32B on the ramp during the event got me digging. Turns out not one but two of them, #02-5001 and #99-6143 were at TTR during that time frame according to my ADS-B logs. They made a number of round trips from TTR.

Turns out #02-5001 made two round trips to Boeing Field in Seattle, WA (on 9/21 and 9/25). It also flew two missions involving racetrack patterns over Utah Lake south of Salt Lake City, where Boeing also has a plant, on 9/20 and 9/23 (the day Tyler's satellite photo was taken). The mission on 9/23 and the Boeing Field round trip on 9/25 used a non-standard ADS-B transponder code: 800433 instead of AE0433.

This could indicate that the event at TTR involves a Boeing project.

Here are the flights of #02-5001, based on my ADS-B data and data from the ADSBExchange web site. All times are PDT in 24-hour military format. The TTR times are accurate. The other locations are best guess because the track data is sometimes incomplete.
