Does anyone out there have any info on the 'Have Doughnut' project of the 1960's and 1970's (possibly even ongoing today!)

I saw a picture in a magazine yesterday of a MiG-21 in US markings flying in formation with a USN F-4C Phantom and F-8 Crusader. The pic was supposedly taken in 1969 and was literally found in a trash can somewhere. The caption said the MiG was based at Groom Lake as part of the 'Have Doughnut' programme.

One of the Area 51 [pics I have seen (don't know ehere) shows a MiG sitting on the ramp near the Janet terminal, but the pic didn't have a date. Apparently, there are several older MiG and Sukhoi gate guards at Nellis now that used to be part of that programme too.

Anyone assist me here?
