Magoo, Ill see my mate at Nellis and see what he says, i also have a contact somewhere else which WILL be useful for the Red Hat info. I heard that when the Ukraine were first selling the Tu-160 and Tu-95 that Raytheon bought 'some' Tu-160 for satellite launching and Raytheon also had the contract to destry 25 Tu-95s and a few Tu-160s with them saying that TWP tu-160s will be 'used for other things'.... The Tactical Weapons School at Nellis has all the hardware such as soviet aircraft and ground systems.
And seeing as my friend is an instructor pilot in that department, he should get info on it.
I guess this might be your businessman thingy exceopt i first heard it 2 years ago but with Raytheon.
