There is supposed to be a "library" to review Red Flag results in Las Vegas. If you go to the Nellis web site you can see this requirement in one of their contract documents. If I find it on my PC, I'll cut and paste the section dealing with the Las Vegas facility. Anyway, maybe that is the secret facility in Las Vegas refered to by someone who knows, who may or may not be the someone who knows who posts here. You are right that a building that does not draw attention is a good place to hide an operation. There is a building in Sunnyvale Ca. that UPS had rented to handle the Christmas overflow one year. It is obvious that at one time the building was used for a spook facility of some sort since the old warning signs about "speaking near the door" are still there.
