Here is the document requiring a "repositor" in Las Vegas. The file is called ANNEX-B(TESS).doc on the nellis web site: DATA MANAGEMENT 3.2.1. Management: The contractor shall provide a single point of contact responsible for data management. The contractor shall integrate data management efforts throughout all areas of the contract, maintain control of all contractor generated data, and prevent preparation of data previously developed. The contractor shall deliver the data in an electronic format when possible and approved by the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO). 3.2.2 Delivery: The contractor's data shall meet all contract requirements, incorporate the latest revisions, and all data shall be delivered according to Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) requirements, Appendix 6. If the delivery date is on a Saturday, the delivery due date is on the preceding Friday. When the due date is on a Sunday, the deliverable is due the following Monday. 3.2.3 Subcontractors: The contractor shall ensure that all subcontractors and vendors provide data as required by this contract. 3.2.4 Repository: The contractor shall maintain a data repository in the Las Vegas area for all data generated under this contract. 3.2.4.1 The contractor shall retain a master copy of all data submitted under this contract or transferred from previous contracts and all said data forwarded to the data repository shall be retainable, reproducible copies. 3.2.4.2 The contractor shall transfer all data items (CDRLs) generated under this contract to the government in electronic format (CDROM) upon completion of this contract.
