The new "racetrack" structure could be the beginning of a Cammo Dude training facility. They need to know how to drive in certain situations. One would think they would already be trained, but maybe they need training that is not available in any other place. Enhanced security personnel would make sense depending on what's in the new hangar. . . Only speculation.

By the way the new photos are amazing!
