I am not familiar with that radar app. Is that weather radar? Besides the direction, are these spikes an unusual phenomenon? As near as I can tell most of them seem to intersect in an area north or Rachel, somewhere in the Quinn Canyon Range. I am not aware of any jamming in that area. But the timing does coincide with the Red Flag sortie. I hope someone more familiar with these radar images can chime in.
