But you need software to visualize it.
If you are really into the 3D you get something like the 250 dollar GR2 Analyst

I use the free Weather and Climate Toolkit from NOAA
https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/wct/
With it you can render in 2d and export KMZ files for 2D and 3D Google Earth Viewing

1st pic is archived data from 2018 near Rachel. Note that there are 16 elevation scans in degrees to choose from on the left

2nd pic is a 3D KMZ file render with a KMZ range map file also loaded in Google Earth

3rd pic is same except zoomed down lower to see the individual elevation scans that show data.
