Well, Fairchild AFB does not seem to be the type of base involved in Black Projects. But you never know.

Ideally I would suggest trying to take some photos of the aircraft, if you have a long enough lens to get some detail. Also, try to record the radio traffic relating to that aircraft, and either post it here or email me.
