That is an old timer patch from Hughes, and the 'snake' 'flames' and 'red spot' are the LPI Radar aboard the platform (that circles overhead unseen), and the green smoke trail is a fist, which represents a Pave Mover munition coming over the hill to smash the target illuminated by said 'red spot'.
