The airspace over the rollout will probably be closed, just like it was for the B-2. If a pilot "accidentally" flies through closed airspace, he's looking at a fine, jail time, and probable lose of his pilot's licence. The AW&ST photos over the B-2 came about because a particular GO got his panties in a wad when he felt he wasn't given his due during the ceremony. In a huff he ordered his pilot to take off before the B-2 was wheeled back into the hanger. As a result, the GA aircraft carrying the AvWeek photographer was able to overfly the a/c and get the pictures.
