Flightaware only shows one flight for that callsign "ARC6164", on Aug 31, 2021 (link attached). Looks like after that the code went "dark". The Flightaware data for that flight shows a very interesting and unusual speed and altitude profile. If the data is accurate it looks like the objective was to maintain a stable altitude for rapidly changing speeds. And the system performed quite well.
