The mod work is done at the former Connally AFB. I spent a fair amount of time there in the 90s when the facility was owned/operated by Chrysler Technologies Airborne Systems. They were known for their work in secure comm systems, airborne intel gathering systems, and ECM. The place was miserable in the summer.
