Yes, a point I made earlier when I said it was ludicrous for anyone to think Gibson would be unable to identify a Vulcan or an F-111. What he saw wasn't a Vulcan, not because Vulcans can't refuel from KC-135s or because none were airworthy at the time of incident, but because Gibson would have identified it as such immediately.
