For reference, the coordinates are 34° 37.124'N/118° 6.622'W. Turning off the 3-d image and looking through the Historic Images in GE the two airframes (if that is what they are) show up in the 10/2016 image. They are not there in 4/2015 and in 4/2017.

That said, I am not sure what they are. That area appears to be used for outdoor storage and/or as a junk yard. I would say two different UAV types or two stages of development. The white one has what appears to be an intake in the front and a wider engine/payload section than the gray airframe. They appear to have been dropped there with a crane. The vegetation around them appears intact. I don't see how they could have been towed there. Possibly wooden wind tunnel mock-ups?
