If they are Polecat models they are sub-scale. The wingspan of the Polecat is 90ft. The wingspan of these shapes is only 52-53ft. The trailing edge also does not seem to match.

I found an old article discussing what appears to be the same shape in a different part of Plant 42 back in 2012.

Between 7/2011 and 8/2012 first one then two of these shapes were sitting in a storage area on the east side of Site 8 at 34° 37.373'N/118° 6.423'W.

Then between 5/2013 and 4/2015 one of the shape sits at 34° 36.807'N/118° 6.756'W before they both appear at the location discussed above in 10/2016. At that point they appear ready to be scrapped.

So, whatever these are, they are at least 11 years old.
