Some interesting observations of Red Flag week 2 in Rachel. There is virtually no low flying. I caught four A-10 escorting two CSAR choppers, that is it. Everything is 18,000ft and up. Mostly around 30,000ft. There are very few sonic booms, if any. And the high altitude "push" appears more spread out. It almost looks like there is some flying inside the "box", the airspace around Area 51. That would be a first. Lots of contrails in that area today. The push was spread out roughly between the Powerlines Overlook and the Rachel area, pushing west.
