Not sure why this is big news? Ever since 1989 the US has acquired many east block radars. Half the mission of TECR. When the wall in Berlin came down many items suddenly became "available". I can say I saw a few things like that at TTR over 25 years ago and would agree they get worked over there or S4. Those big truck things with radar and missles are filling up hangars at TTR. They need to go to DRMO. Let somebody turn them into cranes and construction trucks.
