Sometime around 1998 I had a client with an import/export business. One day he took me to his warehouse in Houston which was full of crates that came from Russia. He opened a crate up and handed me some Russian night vision binoculars as a gift. I ask him what the craziest thing was he had ever been offered to buy. He said one time he was offered a nuclear reactor from a submarine. He passed on that one. This guy did have a knock out beautiful Russian model bride that was half his age.
