As you can see when looking at adsbexchange history for hex code 053977, there are several different aircraft that use that code. Probably because it translates to 1234567 in octal. I'm not an avionics engineer but maybe someone out there is. Maybe the default setting of a new transponder is set to this.

When operating in the Bronco MOA, I see that the callsign is showing as PIL SUNG (and occasionally A10C142). A google shows this in the Urban Dictionary https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=pilsung

Coincidence but both the PIL SUNG (25th FW) and A10C142 (A-10?) could be related as A10s are in Osan, South Korea.

Not sure this helps - especially as A-10s can't fly at U-2 type altitudes if the altitude readout is to be believed)!
