Also, when you do your recording there is a setting that will allow you to record without the jumping from frame to frame. It takes a lot longer to record the movie but the result is a very smooth animation.

Here's an example of one I did for a proposed road improvement in El Paso. It took about 8 hours to record (and my computer is setup for graphics) but the final result is worth the time.
