Sometimes a dirt pile is just a dirt pile

Being a non conspiracy type guy this is my opinion. The base has been there for 52 years and their has been no proof of any underground operations. Speculation, innuendo, rumor, yes. Photos, Sat pics, first hand reports, no. The usual and common sense reasoning has been that the cost of an underground facility far out weighs its usefulness. Pretty much everything can be hidden above ground as it has been for way less money. The infamous dirt pile may be from the excavation of the new structure. Probably a thick concrete pad that had to be dug deeper than usual, and a building that large would require footers dug deeper than the average. As the building is completed and if their are doors installed the dirt pile may go away. Just a non conspiracy opinion. I guess we'll have to wait and see how it shakes out.
