You are damm close Hank you have the best answer yet ! I agree with you, having moved dirt for 30 years it looks just like many jobs I have worked on they call it a stock pile .. Many times they have to dig to beb rock take it all out and put some back and water it for compaction .. It looks like a job for a few 657cats push pulls the fastest way to move dirt on any jobsite .. With all the construction this is what to be expected .. sometime a dirt pile is just STOCKPILE .. One other thing it could be a wall to mussle the blast of that big bird some say may be roosting within...
