A couple of questions. 1) Does it look like there is enough traffic to make a travel trailer park work? The permanent residents may not have paid much but it was at least a steady income that would smooth out the peaks and valleys of the seasonal tourist trade. 2) Once the current residents leave does it seem possible that they could return if (and probably when) the trailer park goes under?
