they came into their own in the CAS missions and rocket attacks on Iraqi patrol craft in the Persian Gulf.

A fine attack aircraft which will, for a lot of people be sorely missed, just like the Sea Harrier in it's 'advanced' air-air role.

Those of you who managed to see the Sea Harrier at Red Flag last year, then that is it... No more, as with the Jaguar, and it is a real shame....just like when the mighty Buccaneer was disbanded.

Ask any Aggressor unit at Nellis about the Jaguar and Buccaneer, you'll find they have some 'VERY' interesting stories, especially about the Bucc....... the fact is, no bugger could keep up with the Bucc at low level once they ingressed to the target, that was it....
Only one aircraft comes close to the Bucc at low level, and thats the Tornado GR4....
