Personally, after the USS Cole attack, I would prefer to have Bin Laden find out about our new weapons systems the hard, and personal way. If we can't use new technology, like the UAV's that were used to track him in Afganistan, a simple Tomahawk cruise missle in his left ear would do nicely.
