Hello all,
I was just curious if anyone knows about R&D going on at naval bases on islands. San nicolas off the socal coast has a big navy presence. A large airfield and other support facilities. In addition the navy has bases scattered all over the ocean on islands. It would be perfect for black projects. No prying eyes except for satalites.
