Is that a full-sized model? Interesting that all of us thought it was a small UAV.
I have heard first-hand eye-witness accounts of a similar vehicle, possibly a huge blimp, from people from Rachel and the area.
If it is still in the experimental stage it would most likely be based at Groom. If it is operational already it may be based at TTR, although I am not aware of a hangar large enough to house it there.
We look forward to the other picture that you mentioned.
