The back gate is 10+ miles off of 375 the main road and is certainly not visible at that distance.You can also drive close to the cedar gate and see the gate house, and the security forces. This gate is about 14 miles from 375.I believe that the level of security at all the entrances to Area 51 is basically the same. All one would have to do is violate the boundries to experience this first hand.I dont believe that anyone would consider any action taken by the security forces as leniant.I have encountered the cammo dudes many times and have never considered them to be friendly.The signs also carry an ominous message that is believed by most people. I think that their level of security works.
