The AGM-183 ARRW is also a Lockheed Martin product but its first tests in 2021 were publicly reported in the press, so the classified program mentioned in the announcement as a Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control product might be a derivative of Lockheed Martin's losing design for the HACM (Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile) program, for which Raytheon (now RTX Corporation) was chosen as the prime contractor.
