Thanks for your take, Chris. Actually I don't think this year was so bad. What we all need to do, and I specifically include myself here, is set the ego aside and try to work as a group. I think we made a good start, and I am looking forward to some interesting discussions in the future.
I know that there are many excellent sources of good information reading this forum in the background, and I hope that we can show them that it is worth getting involved here, and that they are welcome and their input is much appreciated.
