Interesting observation about cars parking inside the screened area.

The four antennas are associated with UAVs. Very similar antennas can be seen at Creech AFB from the hwy. If I remember correctly they were added near H-19 in the early 2000s. There is another very similar array in a hill on the northern end of Groom Lake.
