No, Q-nimbus, you are wrong. There is indeed a unit , the 492nd Fighter squadron, called the Mad Hatters but it has nothing whatsoever to do with the Mad Hatters test organization that was established at Groom Lake, Nevada, in 2009. Please do not confuse the issue with unrelated in formation.
