Those red lines you see on the bottom continue to the top of the plane, not sure what they are for. You can see them in this link: https://www.instagram.com/p/CXXqg9WLXIR/?hl=en The link I attached is an earlier photo with an extended pitot tube that typically is put onto planes in their testing phase
