TTR New Taxiway extension

Did anybody figure out if new construction was to happen at the new extension spur of taxiway at TTR? Just north of the Delta pad gate there's a new east bound spur before the Echo Taxiway? Kinda goes towards the fire training pit. From Gabe's photos.
