Nice catch! It is hard to tell due to resolution, but it does in fact look like the North Ramp is currently being extended to the west. That area was previously included in the fenced area around the ramp, but not developed. The latest GE image dated 02/22 does not show any sign of work there. If you go back a few days you can see changes consistent with concrete pavement work.
