No worries, Dennis! The ADSBExchange web site is a great resource, but the UI is not very intuitive.

In the left pane, if you click on the "+" next to the "History" heading, it opens the History tab under that heading. In it you can select UTC Days (based on UTC time) with the "previous" and "next" button or by clicking in the date field.

Below the "UTC day" controls you can select individual legs flown on that UTC day with a second set of "previous"/"next" buttons.

Below those buttons you will see the time for the plane's position (usually the last location) on that leg. If you want to see the local time make sure you have the "Historic track labels: UTC" box in the settings (gear icon in the upper right of the map pane) unchecked.
