Interesting reference to the two "chrome" Raptors:

Of the two F-22s on the 422’s books that have been regularly photographed flying out of Nellis sporting new coatings, Autrey would only comment that these jets are wearing experimental materiel solutions. “We are just trying to see if it’s easier to maintain sustainability and reliability of the aircraft,” he said.

Here is the link to yesterday's article of "Nellis Week" about the new HH-60W "Jolly Green II" that will replace the somewhat outdated HH-60G.

The article quotes the commander of the 88th TES as saying that the first two HH-60W arrived at Nellis in April. While that may be true for the 88 TES, there was at least one HH-60W (#14-14494) at Nellis previously, participating in Red Flag 22-1. I took the attached photo of it on Feb 3, 2022 a few miles north of Rachel.
