They were talking to Area 51 Control and TTR Tower. Callsign "Flight Check 90". Per comms they were inspecting the 134 radial from about 20 miles inbound to TQQ (TTR VOR) at 9,300ft. Area 51 Control asked them to turn off ADSB. Pilot replied they won't be able to turn it off but can go standby. They are also on an "inhibited code" on ADSB. I suppose an inhibited code is a code not allowed for tracking on Flightaware. However, they were tracked on ADSBExchange, which does not filter codes.
