Oh, indeed --- as evidenced by EG&G Special project's old offices, which are now (coincidentally) occupied by JT4 - and their subsidiary, Amentum, which is next door and has assumed the Special Projects role (which i believe has yet another subsidiary company near by (I forget what they are called) that is even more deeply involved in classified-esque projects, and even more nondescript. they're just south of Harry Reid Intl Airport on Grier Dr.
