When I was on the NNSS tour, someone on the bus asked about Jerry Freeman, and his reference to the City of the Dead. Our tour guide said, that there was a good chance what he saw was the NRDS R-MAD Facility or one of the other sites around over in that Area. He also mentioned the sometimes offer tours over on that said of the test site. He also said that he wouldn't recommend trying what he claims he did. It could end very badly for you.
