If I understood the deputy correctly, the intruder will be dealt with/tried by a local (county?) court. I get the private security force has no arrest authority, but since the crime occurred on a federal installation, why isn't this guy facing federal charges and appearing before a federal court? I went back and looked at unauthorized intrusions at both Wright Patt and Andrews that I was familiar with, and those men faced federal charges.
