Actually, a lot of the range is 4000+ feet, especially in the southeast, adjacent to the wildlife refuge, northeast of Creech - which would make sense, becasue the MOAT facilities are over there. From what I have read, the mock up on the NTTR was made of chain link fence, so it would be hard to spot without hi res imagery - but i would assume they demo'd it
