Been there, done that with deliveries. At 7am you enter a non-descript drop lot somewhere in Las Vegas, check in and are told to go park your trailer in a specified spot. Then bring your truck back to the gate house and wait. Pretty soon you see your trailer go out the gate behind a non-descript truck. Around 7pm you see your trailer come back in the gate behind that non-descript truck and someone brings you your completed paperwork and tells you that you can get your trailer and leave. Same process I went through delivering to several federal facilities and port operations when I was trucking.
