I did the NNSS tour 2 years ago. They gave me a big list of DO NOTS. They didn't really enforce any of them other then the cell phones which they collected on the bus ride to Mercury. They allowed us to keep them so we could take a few pics of Creech AFB as we passed by and they they collected them. The tour is a must see. It was a great time.
