Not so easy to find pictures of A400M from behind in good light, but one is here (but from 2013):

From that my guess is it's something attached to the rear cargo ramp, as it is not the two "deflectors" (not sure how to call them) that are visible a bit higher on the tail and in pairs, as seen from in the back picture or here:
