The shape of the wooden frame is identical to that of other Lockheed Martin Skunk Works memorabilia I have seen that was presented to participants who supported work with the RQ-170. The 452nd FLTS is best known for its extensive work with the RQ-4 Global Hawk family but has also been involved with "other platforms" including (presumably) the RQ-170.
