Active skins were ready for flight aboard what ever UCAV or UAS the US DoD wanted (Looking at you, Raytheon) heck it could even be a manned asset.

Sweet music was serenading the engineers with new AESA for low observable airframes going into tier 1 IADS

And the *SHRUGS* It all vanished. *Poof! In the wind.*

Strange. Unless someone's got a nice new shiny toy hidden away because Tactics and all those shenanigans.
