I saw the E6 circling out that way last night around 10/11pm PST. According to ADSB, it came out of Fairchild AFB (it initially caught my eye because I was wondering what a E6 was doing flying over the protests, but then it promptly turned and headed out over Catalina and the offshore ranges).

There was an aircraft identifying as a KC135 that flew grids over Spokane for most of the evening yesterday, but that's probably a topic for a more tinfoil-hat wearing crowd.
