In hindsight it is possible it was an F-117. But in my opinion unlikely. The call sign Romeo is not associated with the F-117. I know the chase "N99NG" came up from Edwards. Not sure where Romeo came from. I am still not sure about the "Tango" references. In the 2019 recording it sounds like they systems on board or on the ground. In the recent recording they are referred to as modes.
